We found a great spot to relax, the room was spacious with a cozy bed, and the location was fantastic, surrounded by all the vibrant shops, bars, and restaurants in the area.

Fantastic hotel, fairly clean, with very polite and courteous staff in 5 star manner by the incredible staff. In a marvellous and lovely location near restaurants and discos. Near the train station, easy to travel around. Efficient check-in, late check-out. Airport shuttle was offered too;)))

It has marvellous and lovely location to see Shibuya Crossing. It's actually near a train station.

The venue is a nice size and impeccably clean. Their rooms are always beautifully designed and new-fashioned.- The staff is outstandingly accommodating.- The central location is very convenient.

The location and the service

I enjoyed the convenient location close to Shibuya's center, the room with nice views of Mount Fuji, and the decent American breakfast served here.

The location turned out to be great and beautiful, short walk to the main centre of Shibuya with all the entertainment as well as restaurants, attentive staff members, high ceilings and multiple entrances. Furthermore, to the Shibuya train station via elevated pedestrian walkways.

Enjoyed some delicious dishes in the restaurant on the second floor with a stunning view of Mount Fuji 🏔. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from Mega Don Quijote.

The hotel is definitely recommended to others. They provide many types of superb services such as a great bar, excellent Wi-Fi, and a shuttle from the airport.The pool area is very clean.The location is great, just 1 km from Shibuya Crossing, and near the train station.

Beautiful, stylish ambience and the view from the room is breathtaking. Thanks to the wide window sill, you can sit directly in front of the window and in our case enjoy the view from the 32nd floor. It is also worth visiting the bar on the 40th floor. The entire hotel staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. We would definitely come back.

The air condition was often a little bit too cold but otherwise everything was great!

The hotel is luxurious and rare, with extremely polite staff providing 5-star service. It has an amazing location in the shopping area, close to major areas like Omotesando, Aoyama, Roppongi, Yoyogi. The efficient check-in process and available parking in the hotel are convenient. The Jazz bar and clean pool are also impressive amenities.

The location of the hotel was great. The view from our room on the 37th floor is great. The room very clean and the bed large and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, but also quite expensive. Would book the hotel again immediately.

Tokyo's very expensive. - very modest knowledge of English of the locals. - sometimes a mega crowd of people. - no public waste bins . - Street cafés to watch the hustle and bustle are unfortunately missing
